Mental Performance Coach · Adolescent & College-Age Athletes

Heather has been in the dirt herself; she helps athletes stop fighting their minds and start using them as a competitive advantage.

Works best with

Best for high-school and college-age athletes, especially softball players and young female athletes navigating pressure, motivation, identity, team dynamics, confidence, or injury recovery.

Background

Heather competed in Division I softball at Utah State and won a NJCAA Division I national championship with Pima Community College. She later built a clinical and performance path through business psychology, neuropsychology exposure, and PsyD training. Her work sits close to the age range where athletic identity and mental habits are still forming.

Approach

Athlete-first and evidence-based. Heather combines performance coaching, clinical training, and sport experience to help young athletes build usable skills before pressure patterns harden.

A young pitcher was having panic attacks and mental blocks that were threatening both her game and her sense of self. Heather focused on identity, cognitive strategies, and separating personal worth from mound performance. The result was not just symptom relief; it was a more stable athlete who could return to competing with less fear, more self-trust, and a clearer sense of who she was off the field.
