CMPC · Sport & Performance Psychology · Elite Athletes, Military & High-Stakes Performers

Jonathan helps talented performers close the gap between what they can do in practice and what their mind allows under pressure.

Works best with

Best for elite athletes, military personnel, tactical performers, and high-pressure professionals who need mental skills that stay usable when stakes, noise, accountability, and consequences rise.

Background

Jonathan earned his master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and is a CMPC through AASP. He has spent more than eight years working across sport, military, and professional performance settings, helping people build resilience, psychological flexibility, and tools that hold under real pressure.

Approach

Jonathan uses evidence-based and acceptance-based methods to build presence, flexibility, and resilience so performers can act effectively instead of fighting internal noise under pressure.

An 18-year-old Division I soccer player first approached mental training out of curiosity, then came to see it as central to development. The useful shift was not a single trick. It was learning to treat the mental side as a trainable part of performance, alongside technical and physical preparation. That change made the work feel less optional and more like part of becoming a better player.
