Momentum Labs provides mental performance coaching resources, including but not limited to a Mental Performance Assessment, an AI Coaching tool, one-on-one coaching sessions, informational articles, and related digital content (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are designed for educational and coaching purposes to enhance athletic mental performance.
To access certain Services (e.g., the Assessment or 1:1 coaching), you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
Certain Services are offered on a paid subscription or one-time purchase basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Site. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We use third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms when making a payment.
